Here at BeMoreSocial we get asked a lot of questions.

So to make it a lot easier for our clients, we've rounded up our most commonly asked questions and are providing all the answers to them in this blog.

Asking the right questions is as important as answering them.

I've just set up my social media pages, what do I do next?

Congratulations! It's an exciting time to take your business forward. The first thing you now need to do is make sure you've signed up to one of our packages and booked in a meeting slot with your Guru.

What happens after I sign up?

After you've signed up you will be booked into an onboarding call with our CEO. He will take you through some top tips of the service and what you can expect from us moving forward. Once you've had your onboarding call you will be placed into your guru group and you have unlimited access to the dashboard.

How do I log in to the dashboard?

To login to the dashboard just visit and in the top right-hand corner, you will see a "login" tab. Just click on that and then enter your account email and password.

How do I book guru time?

To book guru time simply login to the dashboard via our website or app and scroll down. On the right-hand side is a button that says "Book Guru Time". Click on that :)

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password (it happens to all of us) just visit the dashboard and go to login. On our login screen you will see a "forgot password" button. Click on that and follow the steps to reset your password.

What do I do if I want to cancel my free trial?

No problem although we'll be sad to see you go!
All you need to do is email [email protected] saying you?d like to cancel and our digital account wizards will make it happen.

Will I be charged after my free 30 days?

Yes. After the end of your free 30 days, your bank will be charged the agreed package. For example, on our Savvy Pro membership, your direct debit will be £97 plus VAT.

What time does Rik go live in the Facebook group?

Rik goes live as part of his #JustAskRik show and the Lunchtime Learning sessions.
Just Ask Rik happens on Thursday between 12 and 1pm.
Lunchtime Learning Sessions happen on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 12-1pm.

How do I join the Lunchtime Learning sessions?

To join in with the live streams every day you need to be a member of our Facebook Group, Be More Social - Savvy Club.

Can you help set up my Facebook page?

Yes. Of course we can.

Can you help me reach more people on Instagram?

Yes. We most certainly can!

Can you help me with website design?

Yes and no. We can't build a website for you at this stage but we can however show you how to structure it in such a way that people dwell for longer and click that very important call to action.

Where do I find my invoices?

Your invoices are hosted on the dashboard for you to download and see at your convenience.
