Our Relationship Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing plans that will help meet the needs of customers alongside building long term relationships with potential customers and prospects. You will be able to work quickly to address and resolve customer issues as well as notify the sales team of any new sales and cross-selling opportunities. Your main focus will be to encourage high sales and good customer service practices accompanied by creating strategies with clients to boost their brand. Finally we would like you to help promote and maintain and good company image, book meetings and identify speaking opportunities for Rik Courtney (CEO). Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers Build long-term relationships with clients and customers Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand Help promote and maintain a positive company image Book meetings for our CEO Identify speaking opportunities for our CEO
A strong candidate needs to be intuitive to customer needs, have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. You must have a thorough understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) and be able to analyse and solve problems efficiently. You need to have the ability to work well with others and lead a team, attention to detail and high organisation are fundamental to this role. Ideally a candidate who is self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs would be successful in this position. A background in customer service and sales would be a bonus alongside a good understanding of social media. NOTE: This is an mid level position located in Doncaster. If offered the job you must be available to work in our Doncaster office, 40 hours a week.
