We are scoping for a dynamic Creative Social Media Guru to work with our client base nationally whilst joining our innovative team based in the heart of Doncaster.

Be More Social are a fast-growing, approachable, social media consultancy company that have a desire to assist you in your career whilst coaching businesses to use their social media platforms effectively. We have many opportunities for growth and development as we are rapidly expanding in to other areas of the UK.
Our ideal candidate would be experienced and passionate in social media whilst being outgoing and affable. Organisation and flexibility are key as you?ll be required to work around the commitments and bookings of clients.

As a Digital Guru you will be responsible for contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. You will also be responsible for helping clients identify a strategy alongside helping them gain an understanding of all the major social media platforms. As a Digital Guru you will also act as an accountability partner for clients in your care as well as monitoring and keeping upto date with their activity and respond to guru messages. It will also be your responsibility to maintain meeting notes for every appointment with clients alongside actively communicating with clients, ensuring they book their guru sessions.

A successful Social Media Guru would be carrying out the following criteria;
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Help clients identify a strategy
  • Work with them to understand all the major social media platforms
  • Act as an accountability partner for the clients in your care
  • Monitor and keep up to date with client activity and respond to guru messages
  • Maintain meeting notes for every appointment
  • Create content for social media accounts using Canva / Photoshop or similar software

Candidate Requirements

  • The ability to communicate and present yourself confidently
  • Experience helping customers / clients
  • A flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines without compromising on work quality
  • The ability to create content using software such as Photoshop & Canva
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Strong research skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • A previous role within customer service is a plus but not necessary

Employment Terms

NOTE: This is an entry level position located in Doncaster. If offered the job you must be available to work in our Doncaster office, 40 hours a week.
