If you want to be part of something bigger then this is the place for you. Job Description: Our ideal candidate would be experienced and passionate in social media whilst being outgoing and affable. Organisation and flexibility are key as you'll be required to work around the commitments and bookings of clients with running your own business. A successful Social Media Manager would be carrying out the following criteria; You will be responsible for contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. You will also be responsible for helping clients identify a strategy alongside helping them gain an understanding of all the major social media platforms. As a Digital Coach, you will also act as an accountability partner for clients in your care as well as monitoring and keeping up to date with their activity. It will also be your responsibility to maintain meeting notes for every appointment with clients alongside actively communicating with clients, ensuring they book their sessions with you. The ability to communicate and present yourself confidently Experience helping customers/clients A flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients The ability to work to strict deadlines without compromising on work quality The ability to work within allocated budgets Excellent organisational and communication skills An eye for detail Strong research skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines A previous role within customer service is a plus but not necessary
