Our ideal candidate would be experienced and passionate in social media whilst being outgoing and affable. Organisation and flexibility are key as you?ll be required to work around the commitments and bookings of clients. A successful Social Media Guru would be carrying out the following criteria; As a Digital Guru you will be responsible for contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. You will also be responsible for helping clients identify a strategy alongside helping them gain an understanding of all the major social media platforms. As a Digital Guru you will also act as an accountability partner for clients in your care as well as monitoring and keeping upto date with their activity and respond to guru messages. It will also be your responsibility to maintain meeting notes for every appointment with clients alongside actively communicating with clients, ensuring they book their guru sessions. The ability to communicate and present yourself confidently Experience helping customers / clients A flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients The ability to work to strict deadlines without compromising on work quality The ability to work within allocated budgets Excellent organisational and communication skills An eye for detail Strong research skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines A previous role within customer service is a plus but not necessary
NOTE: This is an entry level position located in Doncaster. If offered the job you must be available to work in our Doncaster office, 40 hours a week.
