  • I’ve just set up my social media pages, what do I do next?

    Congratulations! This is an exciting time to take your business forward. The first thing you need to do is make sure you’ve signed up to one of our packages and booked in a meeting slot with your Guru.

  • How do I login to the dashboard?

    To login to the dashboard just visit www.bemoresocial.co.uk and in the top right hand corner you will see a ‘login’ tab. Just click on that and then enter your account email and password.

  • What happens after I sign up?

    After you’ve signed up you will be booked in to an onboarding call with our CEO. He will take you through some top tips of the service and what you can expect from us moving forward. Once you’ve had your onboarding call you will be placed into your guru group and you have unlimited access to the dashboard.

  • What do I do if I forget my password?

    If you forget your password (let’s be honest it happens to all of us) just visit the dashboard and go to login. On our login screen you will see a ‘Forgot Password’ button. Click on that and follow the steps to reset your password.

  • What do I do if I want to cancel my package?

    No problem, we’re sad to see you go! You can either access this through your dashboard by clicking the 'Request a Cancellation' button or by sending an email to this address [email protected].

  • How do I join the Lunchtime Learning sessions?

    To join in with the livestreams you need to be a member of our Facebook Group, Be More Social - Savvy Club. Lunchtime Learning happens between 12-1pm Monday to Friday in that group.

  • How do I claim my 6 month money back guarantee?

    Great to see you've been on the system for 6 months! If you speak to your Digital Guru they will be able to help you claim it. For more information click here.

  • Where can I download the app?

    We have an app! Exciting! To download it and stay in regular contact with your guru you need to visit the app store here.

  • Does the app work on Android?

    Yes! We are pleased to announce we have a brand spanking new Android app! You can download it from the Play Store here.

  • Can you help set up my Facebook page?

    Yes. Of course we can.

  • Can you help me reach more people on Instagram?

    Yes. We most certainly can!

  • Can you help me with website design?

    Yes and no. We can’t build a website for you at this stage but we can, however, show you how to structure it in a way that people stay on your site for longer and follow that very important call to action.

  • How do I book guru time?

    To book guru time simply login to the dashboard via our website or app and scroll down. On the right hand side is a button that says ‘Book Guru Time’. Click on that :)

  • What time does Rik go live in the Facebook group?

    Rik goes live as part of his #JustAskRik show on Thursday at 12pm.

  • What time is lunchtime learning?

    Lunchtime learning is between 12-1pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

  • Where do I find my invoices?

    Your invoices are hosted on the dashboard for you to download and see at your convenience.
